Last week, Mike posted seven blog posts. In one of his posts, Mike described the distributed model of sharing information. He also expressed his thoughts on using Seesmic and TweetDeck to effectively manage ongoing stream of discussions on Twitter.
The ‘Blog Post of the Week’ is ‘Job Aid for Coaching and Feedback‘ by Aradhana Datta Ravindra.
Through this interesting post, Aradhana introduced a job aid for coaching and feedback. Aradhana developed this job aid after four days of stimulating work. Her job aid, which incorporates various management and leadership theories, could be a useful tool for training managers!
