Shutting Down Planet Forum May 7, 2009
Posted by elearningtyro in : Announcements , add a commentHello all,
We included the forum section on elearningplanet.com to facilitate collaborative learning between e-learning professionals. After experimenting it for four months, we now realize that Planet Forum does not add any value to our visitors in terms of active discussions. However, we have also identified that the links to useful e-learning resources have received a tremendous response from visitors.
Based on all these observations, we have planned to shut down Planet Forum, which will be done after launching Planet Library. As we communicated earlier, Planet Library will be a free online library for e-learning professionals and will include several useful resources on e-learning. Needless to say, useful resources that are available on Planet Forum will be moved to Planet Library.
Thank you for all your visits to Planet Forum and kindly bear the inconvenience caused due to these changes on elearningplanet.com
